The CoEJ Wellbeing Network presents another Loss and Bereavement Workshop.
The aim of this workshop is to assist in understanding the factors affecting the grieving process and how to communicate effectively with the bereaved.
Loss is a part of life, but suffering alone does not have to be. The Ahlulbayt (a.s.) have emphasised the importance of grieving and processing loss, but not everyone is able to do so effectively. Join us for this workshop where we will breakdown the stages in which one can help a loved one, a friend, a community member, or oneself cope with grief and navigate the bereavement process.
When: Sunday, 28 March 2021
Time: 5:00 – 8:00 pm
Fee: £10
Please note that for the purposes of supervision as well as self-reflective work on your new-found skills, there will be a follow-up reflection circle that you will be required to attend.
Date of Reflection Circle: Sunday 04 April 2021
Time: 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Please note that the fee is non-refundable
