Find out how you can resolve your disputes without having to go through an expensive, long, public, and bitter court process, by using a confidential and accessible mediation service, and a professionally trained mediator.

Zahra Al-Rikabi is a barrister specialising in commercial litigation, public and public international law and human rights. She is also a CEDR accredited mediator. In this talk, she will unpack the different elements of a legal dispute and explore different avenues to achieve effective resolution.

Being a barrister, Zahra has seen both aspects of dispute resolution and knows that litigation can sometimes break relationships, while mediation can save relationships from falling apart as the process keeps communication between the parties going and helps them reach a mutual agreement between themselves.

The talk will last for 30 mins with an additional 30 mins for Q&A.
